Customers can cancel their orders free of charge within 24 hours from the order date. Cancellation requests should be made via serhatilker@gmail.com or by calling +90 542 405 1413. After the 24-hour period, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Customers can request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery. The products to be returned must be unused, in their original packaging and with their labels. For returns, customers must first create a return request via serhatilker@gmail.com or by calling +90 542 405 1413.
After the returned products are inspected by MarinToys, it will be evaluated whether the products comply with the return conditions. For products that meet the return conditions, the return process will be initiated and a refund will be made to the account to which the customer has paid. Returns are usually completed within 14 business days.
If customers wish to exchange their purchase for a different product, similar conditions to our returns policy will apply. Exchange requests can be made within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product.
Shipping charges incurred during the return or exchange process may be borne by the customer, depending on the return conditions. In cases where the product is faulty or incorrectly shipped, shipping charges will be covered by MarinToys.
